| Responsibility |

Reporting to: Finance Director and Segment Directors
• The primary purpose of this position is to be the trusted financial advisor to the Segment Directors, with great focus on business insight, analysis, planning & forecasting for both P&L management and revenue analysis
• Drive monthly & quarterly business review processes
• Perform analysis of market growth opportunities, business results, revenue pipeline, and forecast
• Define performance business metrics & provide insightful analyses of results
• Highlight productivity metrics as an important element of KPIs to track and analyze
• Subsidiary benchmarking, measurement & optimization analysis
• Coordinate and define fiscal targets for the segments
• Provide business guidance & coordinate financial support across subsidiaries
• Modeling and developing of business investment & sales strategy recommendations
• Participating in company-wide business reviews & strategic planning processes
• Strong business partnering with the Segment Directors |

| Qualifications |
: |
• Thai national with Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting. MBA would be an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and overlapping deadlines
• High energy person who can work under pressure autonomously in a complex system and business integrated environment
• Present data-driven analysis based on business benefits that solve highly complex business and technical problems to executive level management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high proficiency in English and a passion for technology
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills |
