| Responsibility |

Report to: Managing Director
• To develop sales plan and implement pro-active strategies to increase company’s sales revenue and market share in the corporate segment
• To build and maintain business relationship for revenue growth with potential and existing accounts including agents
• Oversees all local marketing related activities, initiatives and managing the departmental budgets and costs effectively
• Ability to develop business strategies and plans, at the same time ensuring proper execution of strategies to meet both sales and organizational goal

| Qualifications |

• Male/Female, age not over 35 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Business & Administration in Marketing or related fields
• At least 4 years’ work experience in sales, preferably in the packing of pharmaceutical and food industry with at least 3 years in management level
• Energetic, initiative, assertive and open-minded with good interpersonal skills
• Creative, self-starter and ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a results-oriented atmosphere meeting tight deadlines under constant pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English, and computer literacy
• Have an own car |
