| Responsibility |

REPORTING TO : Regional Sales Manager / Director of Sales & Marketing
• Achieve the goals of revenue, volume and profit (AV) in assigned territory.
• Maximize products profit, sales revenue and market share of the accounts and territory of concern
• Complete the receivable collection process and manage the payment terms of the customers
• Develop customer and business opportunity in territory.
• Develop, recommend and execute strategies for the area/accounts/segment
• Understand and manage the market trend and development, as well as competitor intelligence
• Manage customer relations
o Help to bring “Voice of Customers” into the company and representing them internally.
o Feedback & suggestions to help improve internally.
o Help customers to complete order info/process in a timely manner
o Help to assure the on time delivery of products to the customers
• Facilitate the claim resolution process
• Be a part of the team to help the whole company achieve goals
• As assigned by supervisor.

| Qualifications |
: |
• Thai, age between 35- 45.
• Bachelor Degree or higher in packaging, plastics technology, food sciences, pharmaceutical, chemistry, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales in ASEAN region
• Experience in plastics or packaging for pharmaceutical, foods or beverages industry, preferably with multinational company
• Able to sell high value added products and services
• Able to work independently and handle complicated situations
• Strong interpersonal as well as organization skills
• Fluent in English both written and spoken and computer literacy.
