| Responsibility |

REPORTING TO : Director of Sales & Marketing
• Provide technical support and services for the product lines to sales teams, related departments and key account contacts.
• Develop contacts to machine suppliers and other business partners.
• Handle major customer complaints and follow up corrective actions.
• Be a team member of new product or new application development.
• Support Business Manager to manage products’ data sheet & specifications.
• Steer the work of the technical group both internal and external.
• Other ad hoc assignments.

| Qualifications |
: |
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in packaging, plastics technology, food sciences, pharmaceutical, chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in plastic packaging application in pharmaceutical, food, beverages or electronics industry.
• Experience related in technical, customer services, packaging development, QC, R&D, or production.
• Experience in a multi-national manufacturer is a plus.
• Able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and decision making skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Computer literacy.
